"Smart Boy" Beatz is a music producer, educator, and musician from North Carolina specializing in composition, engineering, and vocal arranging. He's also the host of Smart Wave Radio airing Tuesdays at 8 pm EST. He received his degree in Music Education from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke where he became a member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity of America and graduated with honors.
